Tonight it was the pleasure of the members of Spennymoor Youth Band (Ian Langthorne) to entertain the residents of Clarence Court Residential Home.
Many of the young people have played a brass instrument for far less than a year and the residents thoroughly enjoyed the night, with six children playing a solo item.
The band are extremely proud of their efforts.
A big thanks goes to Ian and Tom Yates, the tutors, for their commitment and patience throughout the year.
