Tonight, Spennymoor Town Band welcomed Lenny Potts on kit who is joining us to play percussion at the Area contest on 12 March at the Gala Theatre, Durham - our 10th new registration this year! Lenny played with the band when it was known as Whitworth Band a few moons ago.
We are also taking up the fabulous and kind offer for principal players from the Reg Vardy Band to take sectional rehearsals on the test piece at an upcoming practice, and the invite to showcase a performance at an Open Rehearsal with Reg Vardy (Russell Gray) and other invited bands, on Thurdsay 10th March at Tanfield School.
