This evening it was lovely for Spennymoor Town Band (Fiona Casewell) to be part in the Byers Green Carol Concert.
It’s the 38th time the band has played at this service …..first time was in 1983.
Lovely readings and singing from the pupils of Byers Green Primary School.
The congregation really enjoyed their participation in the “12 days of Christmas” ….placards and all.
Thanks to Star ⭐️ baker Helen MacDonald for baking a ginger bread for each member, and to Matthew and Matthew for helping us out.
