Spennymoor Town Band would like to announce the appointment of our new musical director, Andy Hunter.
Andy comes with years of experience being part of the British Army Band Catterick as a player and conductor. He has a lot of track record success with NASUWT concert band and most recently Cockerton, taking them from the 2nd section up to the Championship section with some great results!
Andy takes over the reigns from Fiona Casewell, who has brought the band on over the years, again with some super results and great concerts had.
We wish Fiona all the best with her future endeavours and thank her so much for all her hard work.
