Spennymoor Town Band (Jonathan Fenwick) accompanied the hymns and played incidental music. A Drumhead Service is attended by members of the military unit while out in the field where a stack of drums are used as an alter.

Thanks to Tom Yates for The Last Post and Reveille.

The Town Mayor Derek Taylor was presented and the Queen was represented my Maura Regan, one of her deputy lieutenants. Special thank you to Arnold Sanderson, the parade marshall - 85 years young.
